1. Below you can see a set of instructions for making Cottage Cheese. Complete the following paragraph which describes how cottage cheese is made :
Take one litre of milk and juice of a lemon.
Pour the milk into a pan and bring it slowly to boil.
While stirring milk continuously, add lemon juice.
Continue to stir gently till the milk gets curdled.
Set it aside to cool.
When it gets cool, strain the curdled milk through a sieve of muslin.
Squeeze out the liquid whey; press the cheese under a flat weight.
