Q6)   What do you mean by the separation of the power?

Ans: Separation of powers is a doctrine of constitutional law under which the three branches of government like executive, legislative and judicial are kept separate. This is also known as the system of checks and balances because each branch is given a certain powers so as to check and balance the other branches. 

Q7)   What do you mean by the human trafficking?

Ans:  Human trafficking is the practice of the illegal buying and selling of different commodities across national borders. Human trafficking involves the use of force, fraud or coercion to obtain some type of labour or commercial sex act. 

Q8)   Distinguish between inter domination community and intra domination community?

Ans:  Inter-community domination is the domination of one community over the other whereas intra-community domination is the domination of one section of community over other sections of the same community. 

Q9)   What do you mean by the directive principles of the state policy?

Ans:  The Directive Principles are the guiding principles for governance but are not to be enforceable by any court. These principles provide the social and economic guidance for Indian Democracy and pave the way for the establishment of a true welfare state. 

Q10)  What was believed by the Dr. Ambedkar on Indian constitution?

Ans:  Baba Saheb Dr. Ambedkar believed that his participation in the Constituent Assembly helped the Scheduled Castes get some safeguards in the draft constitutions but he also stated that although the laws might exist scheduled castes still had reason to fear because the administration of these laws were in the hands of the caste Hindu officers. So he urged scheduled castes to join the government as well as the civil services.
