Dear Sirs/Madams,
This is to bring to your notice that I, Tarun Tripathi, a concerned citizen of Ashok Colony near Charter

Road, am writing this letter to you regarding the plantation of new trees around our locality.
Our locality has provided us with numerous facilities without a doubt but for the sake of the environment, it's high time now to take a step. The area around our locality lacks greenery and its provision would be great. Trees serve as natural climate modifiers, they work as filters to clean the polluted atmosphere we have today, and they also give shelter to stray animals, and birds as well. It would also add beauty to our society.
I will be highly obliged if you pay heed to my suggestion and undertake steps for the same. I anticipate a positive response from the department.
Thanking you,
Yours sincerely,
Tarun Tripathi

Dear Sir,
This is to bring to your kind notice that I, Noah Smith, a student of class X C, am writing this letter to you concerning the poor working of the smartboards in our classrooms.
Our classrooms are provided with modern ways of teaching us. However, the smartboards in our classes haven't been working properly recently. They get switched off all of a sudden during lectures and important notes written by the teachers disappear, causing us to lag behind. Even teachers had to put in extra effort for the same and rewrite the keypoints again. Also, their visibility has become too low which cannot be perceived easily.
For the rise of such consequences, I kindly request you to look into the matter and get them repaired. I will be highly obliged if you pay heed to my request.
Thanking you,
Yours faithfully,
Noah Smith

NOTE: In the above letter, the format has been followed correctly, the formal tone is maintained and there are suitable reasons given for the plantation; resulting in a 9.5/10 score, because still the formal tone be fixed a little bit.
