7. Irredeemable debentures are those debentures that are not repayable during the lifetime of the company and hence will be repaid only when the company goes into liquidation. (1)

8. Capitalised value of profit=60,000*100/10=6,00,000

Capital employed=4,80,000

Goodwill= 6,00,000-4,80,000=1,20,000 (3)
