c. The regions with little rainfall have grasses that remain low with the ground.
d. Taller grasses can be found in the warmer areas that receive more rainfall.
e. Some examples of vegetation in the temperate grasslands are buffalo grass, cacti sagebrush, Johnson grass, sunflower and clovers.
