Step-wise Marking Scheme:
• Correct Answer (1 Mark): float. • Reasoning: The / operator always performs "true division" in Python 3 and returns a float, even when both operands are integers and divide evenly.
Sample 4-Mark Question (Python Program): Write a Python program that accepts a list of numbers from the user and displays the count of even numbers and odd numbers in the list.
Marking Allocation:
1. Correct input handling — accepting the list of numbers from the user (1 Mark). 2. Correct logic using a loop and the modulus operator to classify each number as even or odd (2 Marks). 3.
