SECTION A

1. Lisez le passage et répondez aux questions suivantes :

La moitié des terres d’Île-de-France est utilisé pour faire l’agriculture. C’est beaucoup. Pourtant les Franciliens, les gens de l’Île-de-France, mangent très peu de légumes qui sont cultivés dans cette région. Pourquoi ? Parce qu’on y cultive surtout des céréales (blé, maïs, orge…). La plupart des légumes consommés en Île-de-France viennent des autres régions, et sont transportés dans des camions qui polluent. Les camions polluent l’air avec du CO2. Le CO2 est un gaz à effet de serre qui provoque le réchauffement climatique. Il faut cultiver plus de légumes en Île-de-France. Pour cela, l’Agence des espaces verts de la Région achète des terres et elle loue ces terres à des petits producteurs de légumes bio. Des légumes (ou des fruits) sont bio s’ils ont été cultivés sans produits chimiques (chemical). Maintenant, de plus en plus d’habitants d’Île-de-France veulent manger des fruits et légumes bio. De plus en plus de cantines d’Île-de-France veulent cuisiner des fruits et légumes bio qui sont cultivés dans cette région.
