4. Give a brief life sketch of T. Balasaraswati. What was her contribution to the Bharatanatyam dance form ? Which style/vazhi/gharana did Balasaraswati belong to ?

5. Define Aadi tala. Give the difference between the number of beats in ‘‘Tisra jati-Aadi tala’’ and ‘‘Chatusra jati-Aadi tala’’. Also write a korvai in Adi Tala. 

6. Define Abhinaya. Mention and briefly describe its four types.
