Read the following conversation and complete the passage that follows: A man said to his wife, “I am dying but I don’t want to.” The wife said, “Dear what can I do for you?” The wife said, “Dear what can I do for you?” The husband said, “I want all my hard earned money to be buried along with me?” Wife said, “But how can I do this?”

A man told his wife that (a) __________________________ The wife asked affectionately (b) ______________________ The husband said that (c) ____________________________ The wife asked that how she could do that.

2. Read the following conversation and complete the passage that follows. The husband said to his wife, “Do you know you have been with me through all the bad times.” The husband further said, “I want to tell you something today.” The wife said, “What?” The husband replied, “I think you are bad luck.”

The husband asked his wife if (a) _________________________. The husband further said that she (b) _____________________. The wife asked (c) __________________________. The husband replied that he thought she was bad luck.
