Dear Sir,
I stayed in Room 312 of your hotel from 3 to 6 November while visiting the Taj Mahal. I am writing to tell you about some difficulties. The room was not cleaned on the second day, the air conditioner did not work properly, and the breakfast was served late. The staff at the reception also did not help when I asked for a guide.

Yours sincerely,
Rohan Mehta
