Question 1. कठपुतली को गुस्सा क्यों आया?
उत्तर
कठपुतली धागे से बाँधकर रखा जाता था। वह इस बंधन से तंग आ गई थी। वह स्वतंत्र रहना चाहती थी, अपने पैरों पर खड़ा होना चाहती थी। धागे से बँधे रहना उसे पराधीनता लगती है इसीलिए उसे गुस्सा आता है।
Question 2. कठपुतली को अपने पाँवों पर खड़ी होने की इच्छा है, लेकिन वह क्यों नहीं खड़ी होती?
उत्तर
कठपुतली को अपने पाँवों पर खड़ी होने की इच्छा है किन्तु वह खड़ी इसलिए नही होती क्योंकि उसके पास स्वतंत्र रूप से खड़े हो सकने की क्षमता नहीं है। जब सारे कठपुतलियों की स्वतंत्रता की जिम्मेदारी उस पर आती है तो उसे लगता है कि कहीं उसका यह कदम सबको मुसीबत में ना डाल दे।

Question 4. पहली कठपुतली ने स्वयं कहा कि -'ये धागे/क्यों हैं मेरे पीछे-आगे?/ इन्हें तोड़ दो;/मुझे मेरे पाँवों पर छोड़ दो।' -तो फिर वह चिंतित क्यों हुई कि - 'ये कैसी इच्छा/मेरे मन में जगी?' नीचे दिए वाक्यों की सहायता से अपने विचार व्यक्त कीजिए -

पहली कठपुतली स्वतंत्र होकर अपने पैरों पर खड़ा होना चाहती है परन्तु जब उसपर सभी कठपुतलियों की स्वतंत्रता की जिम्मेदारी आती है, तो वह डर जाती है। उसे लगने लगता है कहीं उसका उठाया गया कदम सबको मुसीबत में ना डाल दे। वह स्वतंत्रता प्राप्त करने के उपाय तथा उसे हमेशा बनाए रखने के उपाय सोचने लगती है। उसे लगता है कि अभी उसकी उम्र कम है, वह सबकी जिम्मेदारी नही उठा सकती।
