Activity 1: Say ‘No’ to junk food

Junk food items like burgers, samosas, finger chips, pizzas etc contain a high amount of fats, oil, sugar and salt. Studies have shown that intake of food items rich in fats can reduce the IQ level. Collect more information about this and prepare a  report in your project file. (Make / Paste pictures where needed)
