Question. Where can F.I.R. be registered? Explain the role of judiciary in the event of the F.I.R. not being registered.
Answer : An F.I.R. can be registered in the nearest police station. If the police do not register the F.I.R. then the judiciary can order the police to register the same.

Answer : India has established a uniform judicial system. The highest court of India is the Supreme Court. All the states have their own high courts. There are district and tehsil level courts. To ensure justice to the grass root level, Panchayats and Municipal Corporations have also been formed.

Answer : Criminal cases: - These cases are related to fights, disputes and criminal activities. If there is a physical injury or damage to any part of the body, such cases are considered as criminal cases.
Civil cases: - The cases related to personal life and common people are called civil cases. Issues related to fundamental rights, marriage, divorce, property, land dispute etc. are covered in these cases.
