The International Mathematics Olympiad Class 2 question paper is objective in nature and consists of 35 MCQs (Multiple Choice Questions) to be completed in a duration of 60 minutes. The Olympiad exam paper of 35 questions is divided into 4 sections wherein, the first 30 questions are present in section 1, 2, 3 and the section 4 contains the remaining 5 questions.

Normally, the IMO Exam is conducted in 2 levels, but for Class 2 the participating students are evaluated on the basis of their performance in Level 1 only and they are not required to appear for the Level 2 IMO Examination.

The Syllabus of IMO Class 2 is in accordance with the curriculum prescribed by CBSE, ICSE/ISC and other state boards. The questions asked in the Olympiad are based on a different level of conceptual and analytical knowledge.

The IMO Class 2 Result is declared in both offline and online modes. The Olympiad result is send to the registered schools and the students can also check their results on the official website of the foundation.
