آم جو کھائے وہ للچائے
جو نہ کھائے وہ پچھتائے
بھینی بھینی خوش بو آئے
جو سب کے ہی من کو بھائے
سونے جیسی رنگت ان کی
ڈالی ڈالی سنگت ان کی
خوش بو اس کی بھینی بھینی
میٹھا گڑ ہے میٹھی چینی
خود کھائیں اوروں کو کھلائیں
کھانے سے جی بھر نہ پائیں
سب سے اچھی بات یہی ہے
گرمی کی سوغات یہی ہے

استاد کا نوٹ
الف) یہ نظم عفت زرّیں کی ہے اور اس میں آم کو گرمی کی سوغات کہا گیا ہے۔
ب) آم کی خوبیاں: بھینی بھینی خوش بو، سونے جیسی رنگت اور گڑ چینی جیسی مٹھاس۔
ج) نظم سکھاتی ہے کہ آم خود بھی کھاؤ اور دوسروں کو بھی کھلاؤ۔

بچّوں سے آم سے متعلق بات چیت کی جائے۔
نظم کو ترنم سے سنانے کی ترغیب دیں اور اس کے بارے میں لکھوایا جائے۔
