CBSE Result 2020: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has expressed the concern that if the Board Examination gets over in the month of April, then Class X and Class XII Board Results 2020 will be announced by the end of May only. As per information shared by the sources, the CBSE Result 2020 is expected to be declared by 20th of May 2020. Whereas, the official announcement from CBSE regarding the revised exam dates of Class X and Class XII Board Examination is yet to come. All the CBSE board students are recommended to keep a close check on the official website of the board to keep them informed about the results.

Due to the Coronavirus outbreak in India, the board postponed the CBSE Class XII, Class X Board Exams 2020 on 18th March 2020. The CBSE Class X Board Exam 2020 and CBSE Class XII Board Exam 2020 which was decided to be held between 19th March 2020 and 31st March 2020 will now be organised after the 21Day Lockdown.


CBSE Board Exam 2020 postponed in the Riot Hit areas of Delhi:

In view of the recent violence in Northeast Delhi earlier this month, the CBSE announced schedule of classes X and XII exams which were postponed due to the threat. A senior board official stated "The exams in the affected area for class XII will commence on 31st March and conclude on 14th April, while exams for class X will commence on 21st March and conclude on 30th March."
However, as of now, all the board exams conducted by CBSE have been further postponed due to coronavirus outbreak in India.

 

New Academic Calendars created by CBSE, NCERT, NTA!

Due to the current Coronavirus Lockdown which essentially caused the CBSE Board Examinations and all Entrance Exams and Recruitment Exams to be postponed, the Human Resource Development Ministry (HRD) Ministry has instructed CBSE, NIOS (National Institute of Open Schooling) and NTA (National Testing Agency) to work on a revised schedule of examinations. As per the report, the ministry also stated that alternate academic calendars should be drafted by the autonomous bodies and NCERT.

 

Methodology for checking the CBSE Result 2020 online @ cbse.nic.in:

The below mentioned steps will facilitate the aspiring students to easily check the CBSE Board Result 2020:

v  Visit the official CBSE Board websites: cbse.nic.in, cbseresults.nic.in.

v  Trace and press on the link ‘Click for CBSE Results’ on the homepage of CBSE.

v  Click on the link ‘CBSE Class 10 Results’ or ‘CBSE Class 12 Result’ under the CBSE Results Section.

v  Enter the Roll Number and Click on the ‘Submit’ button.

v  The Class X CBSE Board Results will be displayed on the screen which can be downloaded by the candidate for future reference.

Last Academic year the CBSE Class X results were announced by CBSE on 6th May 2019. Also to mention, daughter of the most talked about Minister Ms. Smriti Irani had also given the CBSE Class X Board Examination last year and had passed with 82 per cent. Smriti Irani's son also appeared in the CBSE XII Board Examination 2019 and scored 91 per cent. In the same league as many as 13 students scored an exceptional result of 99.9 per cent in the Board Examination.
