અનુવાદઃ તમે બે હાથ આગળ કરો; બે હાથ પાછળ કરો. તેમને ધીમે ધીમે ઘુમાવો અને તમે પોતે ગોળગોળ ફરો.

6. અન્વયઃ (ત્વમ્) सर्वांगम् हि पुरस्कुरु, सर्वांगम् हि पृष्ठम् कुरु। तम् મન્દમ્ મન્દમ્ ભ્રામય, स्वयम् (ચ) गोलाकारम् भ्रम।
શબ્દાર્થ : सर्वांगम् – (શરીરનાં) બધાં અંગોને; 'पुरस्कुरु' ક્રિયાપદનું કર્મ. હિ–ખરેખર, જ; આ અવ્યય છે.
અનુવાદઃ તમે બધાં જ અંગો આગળ કરો; બધાં જ અંગોને પાછળ કરો. ધીમે ધીમે તેમને ફેરવો અને તમે પોતે ગોળગોળ ફરો.

7. અન્વયઃ (वयम्) सर्वे मिलित्वा खेलामः, सर्वे मिलित्वा गायामः, सर्वे मिलित्वा खादામઃ, सर्वे (ચ) मिलित्वा नृत्यामः।
શબ્દાર્થઃ (વયમ્) સર્વે – (આપણે) બધાં. મિલિત્વા – મળીને, એકત્ર થઈને, જોડાઈને; મિલ્-(૬ ૩.) ધાતુનું પરસ્મૈપદી સંબંધક ભૂતકૃદંત કે ત્વાન્ત અવ્યય. खेलामः– (આપણે) રમીએ છીએ; ખેલ્ – (૨ ૫.) ધાતુનું વર્તમાનકાળ, પહેલા (ઉત્તમ) પુરુષ બહુવચનનું રૂપ. ‘વયમ્’ કર્તાનું ક્રિયાપદ. गायामः– (આપણે) ગાઈએ છીએ. खादामः: – (આપણે) ખાઈએ છીએ, જમીએ છીએ. नृत्यामः – (આપણે) નાચીએ છીએ, નૃત્ય કરીએ છીએ.
અનુવાદઃ (આપણે) બધાં (ભેગા) મળીને રમીએ છીએ; બધાં મળીને ગાઈએ છીએ. બધાં મળીને ખાઈએ છીએ, (અને) બધાં મળીને નાચીએ છીએ.
