Trigonometry: Trigonometry holds the 15% weightage in class 10 maths exam i.e. 12 marks out of 80. Trigonometric Ratios, Trigonometric Identities, Heights and Distances problem are the important topics in Trigonometry. Also, finding the missing frequency in the frequency distribution table is one of the important questions of Statistics.

Coordinate Geometry:Coordinate Geometry holds the 6 marks out of 80. Unfortunately, its weightage is less but this will help a lot in higher studies. Distance formula, Section formula, a formula of midpoint and the area of triangle formula are important for solving the problems of Coordinate Geometry.

Number Systems: Number systems hold the 6 marks out of 80, similar to the Coordinate geometry. To prove the irrational number and the questions based on HCF*LCM relationship formula are mostly asked in the CBSE board exam.
