CBSE Class 10 Revised Syllabus

Last year CBSE had to reduce the syllabus because of the pandemic situation but it was not very effective because there were no examinations. This year to avoid any confusion and conflict, CBSE has decided to reduce the syllabus into term 1 and term 2. 50 percent of the syllabus will be there in term 1 and the other 50 percent will be there in term 2.

On the website one can find the CBSE Term Wise Syllabus 2021 PDF Secondary Curriculum (X) tab on the main home page. One has to click it and it will upload a new page with a drop-down menu. One can start reading the CBSE Reduced Syllabus 2021 of Class. They will find the tab Languages (Group L), Main Subjects (Group A1), Other academic electives (Group2), Subject of Internal Assessment. These tabs can be seen on that page. One has to choose it line-wise to understand it in a better way as on that basis one can start preparing for board exams. Check important aspects of CBSE Class 10 Reduced Syllabus 2021-22 Term wise in a short form which is here as follows

English: 1. Commands 2. Subject-Verb Concord 3. Question  4. Determiners 5. Reported Speech 6. tenses and Requests 7. Statements 8. Modals

Students should get themselves the right books to prepare. They should have Flamingos and Vistas. They should also need English Communicative by Oswaal School Books and CBSE All In One Literature & Language for class 10.

Mathematics: 1. Polynomials, 2. Linear Equations 3. Quadratic equations 4. Arithmetic progression 5. Trigonometry 6. Heights and Distance 7. Statistics and 8. Probability.

For the preparation of the boards, students are required to have the following books - CBSE Class 10 Maths Book and NCERT class 10 Maths Solution. It helps the students to understand each and every topic. They also get the practice that is required for examinations.

Science: 1. Metals and Non-Metals 2. Chemical reactions 3. Carbon Compounds 4. Periodic classification of elements 5. Natural Phenomena 6. Hereditary and Evaluation  7. Magnetic effects and current

Students must have NCERT Class 10 Science Book for preparation. Books like - Science Textbook (Physics + Chemistry + Biology) by Lakhmir Singh & Manjit Kaur, All In One Class 10 Science by Arihant Publications will help the students for better understanding and better practice.

Social Science: 1. The nationalism of India 2. Rise of Nationalism of Europe 3. Livelihoods, economies, and activities 4. Everyday Life and culture 5. Contemporary India, 6. Water Resources

Books that should be practiced are All in one social science class 10 by Arihant and S Chand for social science by N. K Chowdhury.

Hindi: 1. Grammar includes opposites, tenses, passages, and much more.
