II. Answer the following questions in 30-40 words. 

a) Einstein required a medical certificate that he had a nervous breakdown and it would be bad for him to go to school so that he could easily get away from it.

b) Elsa was his cousin who lived in Berlin. She visited him often and on and encouraged him in his studies and tried to assure that it was not difficult to pass his examination. She was sure of his capability.

c) Taplow feels that Mr.Harris is not a sadist as he has no feelings, so he doesn’t get any pleasure out of the pains of others. He felt that Mr.Harris was all shrivelled up inside like a nut and hated people liking him.

d) Millie asks Taplow if he is waiting for her husband. She tells Taplow that Mr.Crocker Harris is at the Bursar’s and might be late in coming home. So she suggests that Taplow should leave. But Taplow is hesitant and does not want to take risk. But Millie gives him a prescription of a doctor and asks him to get the medicine. In his way, she spends Taplow away.
