The human body is a gift of nature and therefore, we must look after it with care. We should keep ourselves healthy and fit. Some children fail to understand the importance of a healthy body. Rohit was a weak and sickly boy. He got tired easily. He often fell ill. Finally his mother took him to a doctor. The doctor examined Rohit carefully and questioned him about his food habits. He learnt that Rohit enjoyed eating a lot of “junk food” like potato chips, nuts and ice-creams all the time. He watched television till late at night everyday. He disliked milk, fruits, pulses and green vegetables. The doctor told Rohit three important things which he must do. He told him to eat fresh food at regular intervals, to do exercise and play games regularly, and to sleep for eight hours every night. Rohit has followed the doctor’s advice and has become a healthy boy.
