CA Foundation has two subjective types i.e. paper 1 and paper 2 while the other papers are objective i.e. paper 3 and paper 4.

Yes, there is negative marking in the CA Foundation paper but only in objective papers i.e. paper 3 and paper 4.
How a candidate can qualify the CA Foundation paper?
Candidate can qualify the CA Foundation paper by securing 50% marks in aggregate and 40% in each subject (individually).

Candidates who wish to appear for CA Foundation exam should have passed class 12, if she/he has not passed class 12th then they are not eligible.
What is the passing criteria of the CA Foundation exam?
Candidate can secure at least 40 marks in each paper while they have to secure an aggregate of 50% marks in all the subjects (Total 200).
