Question 1. 1 लीटर के बर्तन को पानी से भरने के लिए-
(क)50 मिली के बर्तन से कितनी बार में भरेंगे?
(ख) 250 मिली के बर्तन से 3 बार भरने के बाद, 50 मिली के बर्तन से पानी भरने पर बर्तन कितनी बार में पूरा-पूरा भर जाएगा?
(ग) यदि 50 मिली के बर्तन से 12 बार पानी डालें तो शेष भाग 200 मिली के बर्तन से कितनी बार में भर जाएगा?

(क) 1 लीटर में 1000 मिली होते हैं। इसलिए, 50 मिली के बर्तन से 1000 मिलीलीटर भरने के लिए, \( 1000 \div 50 = 20 \) बार भरना होगा। पानी की मात्रा को छोटे बर्तन की क्षमता से भाग देकर कुल बार निकालते हैं।
(ख) 250 मिलीलीटर के बर्तन से 3 बार पानी भरने पर कुल पानी \( = 3 \times 250 = 750 \) मिली।
अब, शेष पानी की मात्रा \( = 1000 - 750 = 250 \) मिली।
इस शेष 250 मिली पानी को 50 मिली के बर्तन से भरने के लिए \( = \frac{250}{50} = 5 \) बार भरना होगा।
(ग) 50 मिलीलीटर के बर्तन से 12 बार पानी डालने पर कुल पानी \( = 12 \times 50 = 600 \) मिली।
शेष पानी की मात्रा \( = 1000 - 600 = 400 \) मिली।
इस 400 मिली पानी को 200 मिलीलीटर के बर्तन से भरने के लिए \( = \frac{400}{200} = 2 \) बार भरना होगा।
