The number of CBSE affiliated schools has been increasing

A book on NEET has been released by the CBSE joint secretary

Because of NEET, there has been drastic increase of approximately 15-20% in the number of schools that need to be affiliated with the CBSE board. This was informed by the Mahesh D. Dharmadhikari, joint secretary and regional secretary, CBSE.

Addressing at the release of Professor T.V. Devarajan’s book ‘Apollo Hospitals MCQ in General Medicine’, he said that the book is especially for the students who are interested to know about the post-graduation admissions through NEET. And he also mentioned that there has been a sudden increase in the number of schools waiting to get affiliated with the CBSE board. This issue has become noticeable once after the board has announced the NEET exam. More than boys, girls are much more enthusiastic in enrolling their names in the CBSE affiliated schools.

Dr. Devarajan, an emiritus professor of Arupadai Veedu Medical College, Puducherry, added that the textbooks will be very much helpful for the students who are attending for examinations like MD and MRCP. At present this book is available with more than 3,000 question papers for the students, but very soon another 2,000 questions will be added to it.

After the book has been released, then the Justice P. Jothimani, has mentioned that the media should completely focus on such books. Therefore the media should be a part of making these books reach every corner of the earth, including both rural as well as urban areas to make students get benefited with these books.

There may be some people with views about the necessity of NEET but it has now become mandatory that the students should get all the information in order to score better. These books will be helpful for the students belonging to rural areas who are not facilitated with the infrastructure and other necessities. Hence, all the students can get benefited with these kind of books and informative materials.
