The CBSE board is going to add another new topic in its 10th, 12th grade syllabus from next year. CBSE will include stories of the bravery of 21 Param Vir Chakra winners to its syllabus for class 10 and class 12. Small biographies of the brave people recognized by India will now be taught in CBSE schools across the country. For this, the CBSE has also sent a proposal to NCERT.
The government has also started the Vidya Veeratha campaign to teach the story of Param Vir Chakra winners to the students. Under this, 'wall of bravery' is also being made in universities and colleges. Pictures of all the Param Vir Chakra winners and their bravery will be fixed on this wall. In this sequence, CBSE is now going to introduce students of 10th and 12th to the Shaurya Saga.
A CBSE official said that from the next year, the Shaurya Saga will be included in Syllabus. However, according to the CBSE, all these gallantry classics will be included as an optional subject.
