Conduct of All India Pre-Medical/Pre-Dental Entrance Test

Subject to the final decision of the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India, the Central Board of Secondary Education will conduct an All India Pre-Medical/Pre-Dental Entrance Test for admission to MBBS/BDS Courses in the academic session 2014-15 for the 15% seats in Government Medical/Dental Colleges all over India except in the States of Andhra Pradesh and Jammu & Kashmir and also for admission to Medical/Dental Colleges voluntarily Participating in the test on Sunday, the 04th May, 2014 in selected cities across the Country and Abroad.

The Entrance Test will consist of one paper with 180 objective type questions from the subjects Physics, Chemistry, Botany and Zoology (45 questions from each subject). The Syllabus for this entrance examination is the same as notified by the Medical Council of India for NEET-UG which is available on website www.mciindia.org
