Graduation Courses in Management Stream

Universities in India offer courses almost in every sphere of arts, commerce and science. This helps the aspirants to select the course according to the preferences and interest. Management Courses is one of the most popular course among the aspirants. The person who has inborn quality of managing and leading team has the best chance to select a management course as their future is dependent on it. People normally pursue management  courses ( post graduate ) once they complete their undergraduation in their relevant stream of liking, be it engineering, arts, science, commerce and economics. But nowadays colleges/ institutions have incorporated management courses in the undergraduate stream curriculum itself. It is becoming a widespread phenomenon and in fact some colleges/ institutions run only these undergraduate management courses. Such is the popularity of these courses in today’s world.

B.B.A: Bachelor in Business Administration: This course which can be called as the precursor to M.B.A and lasts for a period of three years fine tunes the aspirant/ candidates basic knowledge of management skills. The aspirant/ candidate is also taught the rudimentaries of today’s socio economic conditions and business mathematics as well.

B.B.M: Bachelor in Business Management/ Bachelor in Banking Management: Both courses which last for a period of three years do have the same abbreviation but there the similarity ends. Business Management course deals with the basics of business, the finer nuances of management and administration, finance etc. Banking Management deals in an entire spectrum altogether. The aspirant/ candidate is taught the basics in banking management, the finance flowcharts and banking norms, rules and regulations.

B.H.M: Bachelor in Hotel Management/ Bachelor in Hospital Management: Both courses which again lasts for a period of three years deal with entirely different subjects altogether. While Hotel Management course specifically focuses on imparting the technicalities of hotel management to the aspirant/ candidate ( general management, restaurant management, guest management etc ), Hospital management course focuses on imparting the finer nuances of hospital management to the aspirant/ candidate ( Patient Management, Public Relations, Finance etc ). There are specialised institutions offering only these courses to aspirants/ candidates.

B.F.I.A: Bachelor in Financial Investments and Analysis: This course is getting popular these days and primarily focuses on imparting to the candidate the basics of Financial investments and financial analysis to the aspirant/ candidate. This course lasts for a period of three years and forms the base for the candidate to pursue further studies/ career in Financial Management/ Investment Management.

Upon completion of the undergraduate management courses, the candidates either choose to get into a basic management career / post graduate study in Management.
