Teachers Are Given Extra Training For The NCERT Syllabus

The State Government has issued an order to all state board schools to follow NCERT syllabus. And also students are ready to take up the syllabus because they are very much clear that in the future they are going to attend a number of entrance examinations and those questions would be mostly from the NCERT syllabus.

But when students are ready to catch up the syllabus, teachers must also be efficiently equal to the standard of teaching expectation. So, Government has decided to provide training for teachers to co-op the syllabus and the subjects.

Special training for two months is provided for teachers in Science and Mathematics subject. The training period is of two phases. The first phase of training period will start from May 1st until MAY 5th.

It may be tough for State Board teachers in the beginning as they were used to the state board books which was way easier when to compare to the NCERT books. Along with the students, teachers should also do a lot of work and homework to bring in the best for the students. This could help teachers and student’s relationship a little closer than it would be usual.

This method could help the state board schools to improve their quality of education. And teachers can also develop in their level of teaching.

State Board students were struggling for a long time to get through the competitive exams since the syllabus and questions would be mostly from NCERT books only. So, through this change of syllabus and books, it would help the students to gain more knowledge. And teachers to handle NCERT books needed special training level to change from state board to NCERT syllabus.

Thus, this implementation and special training provided for the teacher will be a healthy method for Students and the future generations. Now after implementing this in a successful way the differences between the NCERT schools and State Boards schools will be reduced. But Education Department must do it efficiently.
