Safety of Students in Schools

The Delhi government has directed all police stations to send constables for patrol during the closing time of schools to ensure safety of teachers and girl students. This was tweeted by the Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal. See tweet below-

This has come in response to an attack which happened on a government school teacher inside school premises in Narela region of Delhi on February 21.

It was also notified that action will be taken against the accused and as the incident took place inside the school premises so its more serious as students can also get impacted.

The schools are gearing up for the upcoming board examinations, having police presence will help students to give the exams in a secure environment.
