QR Codes on NCERT Books

NCERT is currently in the process of revising the books of all classes based on the syllabus recommendations received from parents across the country and recommendations from CBSE and government.

The soft copies of the current version of the NCERT books are also available on NCERT website and on studiestoday.com for free download by students.

NCERT has also kick started the process of introducing QR code in NCERT textbooks, this will help students to understand chapters better by watching a film or reading additional content on laptops and digital boards.

The students will be required to scan the QR code which will give them links to more study material and educational videos through which the students will be able to understand the concepts more easily.

In various good CBSE affiliated schools the emphasis on smart boards have also increased on which students are able to see videos and animated videos to understand the concepts taught in various classes.

Class rooms across the country are getting upgraded to make then digital and upgraded with help of technology. This has helped the students to increase their knowledge beyond books. Teachers in various schools have also been asked to create video content of various topics and the best videos are played in classes of other branches of the schools across the country. This has also helped students to understand directly from the best teachers in India.
