NCERT Books to teach about big personalities

NCERT and CBSE has been planning to make many changes in the syllabus for 2019. The NCERT books currently do not teach much about the great Indian leaders. Taking this into consideration you might see new detailed chapters getting introduced in the NCERT books on various leaders like Mahatma Gandhi, Bal Gangadhar Tilak, APJ Abdul Kalam, Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose and more.

The change will be visible in the books which will be realised in 2019. The details have not been made available about the number of chapters on the personalities and from which class onwards the chapters will be added as of now.
