CBSE To Take Steps Against Selling Of Books Inside School Premises

CBSE Boards has already informed schools about the distribution of education material inside schools are strictly not allowed and it is violated. Severe steps will be taken by the board members against the school for their violation of the act.

There are many numbers of complaints registered against the schools for selling of Books and Uniform to the students and parents inside the school itself. There are complaints raising against schools about selling of Books, Uniforms, Shoes, Stationary, Note Books, Schools Bags, etc.,

CBSE education and schools are considered to be the community service to the society and it is not regarded as the business. Education must not at fall into the category of business at any time and CBSE Board is very cautious about this move.

The main aim of this education field is to provide quality environment and knowledge. The complaints are that due to pressure exaggerated more on the NCERT Books and due to shortage of availability of books schools are pressuring parents to buy books using some other books than NCERT books.

And CBSE Board has arranged for another option for students due to the shortage of NCERT Books. Students can download books from the website.
