Most of the state boards in India have started declaring results for the class 10 and class 12 board examination conducted this year. The checking of mark sheets have already started with teachers busy evaluation more than 1.5 crore students across the country.
Many boards have also announced the tentative dates on which the results will be declared. CBSE is yet to announce the dates, as slight delay might be there due to re examination for class 12 economics exam.
Some of the points which the students must keep in mind while checking their results
a) Please refer to only to your boards website for the results, also refer to the website for the expected date for announcement of the results
b) Students will have to enter their details like roll number, date of birth etc on the results portal to access the results.
c) Students can take print out of the results and use it for submission to universities till you get actual marks statement and passing certificates from the board
d) The marks sheets and passing certificates have to be retained forever as they are official documents and will be used for various legal purposes
e) Class 10 passing certificate will be used as date of birth proof for making passport, aadhar card etc
