CBSE announces compartment exam in the month of July

CBSE Board has released the class 12th and class 10th results. Some students have secured low marks in their examinations. So, CBSE Board will be conducting compartment exams for the students in the month of July. These exams are for those students who did not get pass mark in their examination. Even students who missed the compartment exam last year can also attend the examinations and secure pass marks.

The application form for the compartment exam will be available on the website shortly. And students can register for their compartment exam. CBSE Board gives up to 5 chances for the students to clear in the compartment exam, if students fail to do that then students cannot go to next section in their classes.

Students can attend their compartments exam in July itself and can change their ‘PASS’ immediately after the result. If a candidate misses their chance in July they can attend for the month of March/April or they can attend in their month of July in the next year.

For the compartment exam student can attend only for the subjects they have failed in their examination. But if a student misses all their chances then student have to attend all the subject of their syllabus.

The examination pattern is a summation of internal and external marks. If a student has failed in the practical examination then the student have attended both theory and practical examination. But if the student has passed in their practical exams in the main exam then only theory examination is needed. The marks of the practical exam will be added to the theory exam later.

The last date to register for the examination is 21st June 2017.The CBSE student can download from the official website and can get the details of the fees from their website itself.
