VITEEE is an Entrance exam conducted by a private higher education Vellore institute of Technology which is deemed to be university. This institute is located in Vellore, Tamil Nadu, India and their campuses are in Vellore, Chennai, Bhopal and Amravati. This institute conduct its own online entrance exams i.e. VITEEE every year in the month of April and May. VIT campuses offer at least 20 B.Tech courses.
Eligibility for VITEEE
Below will the eligibility criteria according to VITEEE 2020-
- Nationality: candidate should be a resident or non-resident Indian
- Foreign students can also apply under their foreign category.
- Age limit: VITEEE 2020 specifies that the candidate should born on or after 1st July 1998. Only those candidates are applicable to apply for VITEEE 2020.
- Required Qualification: Candidate should either be in the required qualification or passed the same.
- Candidate must have a 60% aggregate score in Chemistry, Physics, and Mathematics or Biology in class 12th.
- Candidate from Jammu & Kashmir or from North Indian should have 50% aggregate in 12th. Same apply for SC/ST students.
Exam Pattern of VITEEE
The VITEEE has 5 sections which are to be completed in 2.5 hours (150 minutes). There will be 125 MCQs which include questions from Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics or Biology, Aptitude and English subjects.

For every correct answer candidate will be awarded with +1 while there is no Negative Marking in this paper. For better understanding of the exam pattern VITEEE sample papers should be solved. Matrices and their Applications, Trigonometry and Complex Numbers, Analytical Geometry of two dimensions, Vector Algebra, Analytical Geometry of Three Dimensions, Differential Calculus, Integral Calculus and its Applications, Differential Equations, Probability Distributions and Discrete Mathematics
Syllabus for Biology is:
Taxonomy, Cell and Molecular Biology, Reproduction, Genetics and Evolution, Human health and diseases, Plant Physiology, Biochemistry, Human Physiology, Biotechnology and its applications, Biodiversity and ecology and environment
Syllabus for Chemistry is:
Atomic Structure, p, d and f – Block Elements, Coordination Chemistry and Solid State Chemistry, Thermodynamics, Chemical Equilibrium and Chemical Kinetics, Electrochemistry, Isomerism in Organic Compounds, Alcohols and Ethers, Carbonyl Compounds, Carboxylic Acids and their derivatives and Organic Nitrogen Compounds and Biomolecules (Carbohydrates – Distinction, Amino acids and Lipid)

It includes Reading Comprehension, Grammar and Vocabulary and this section is comparatively easy.
