KCET 2020
KCET 2020 will be organized by the Karnataka Examinations Authority for admission to Undergraduate engineering, B.Pharma, Agricultural and Veterinary programs in the state of Karnataka colleges. KCET 2020 exam dates have been announced, the exam will be from April 22 to April 24, 2020.
Kannada Language Test will be held on April 24. The eligibility criteria of KCET states that candidates are passing Higher Secondary with Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics/Biology as compulsory subjects can apply for the same.

Eligibility criteria for KCET 2020
The KEA will only accept applications from qualified candidates. Therefore, it is necessary to meet all the KCET eligibility criteria set by the official authority of KCET.
Nationality
- Applying candidate must be a citizen of India. Nationality is the most important thing in order to eligible for application.
Educational eligibility criteria
- Candidates should have passed the second PUC/class 12/ equivalent examination with physics and mathematics as compulsory subjects
- Applicants with the compulsory subject must have optional subjects – Biology/Chemistry/Biotechnology/Electronics/Computer science with one language subject English.
- Minimum 45% for general candidates and reserved candidates should be secured 40% in the case of category – 1 and OBC (2A, 2B, 3A and 3B) SC. ST.
Eligibility criteria for B.Pharma courses
- Candidates should have passed class 12th or second PUC examination PCM or PCB subjects.
- General category candidates should get 45% aggregate for reserved categories i.e. Category – I, OBC and ST/SC should secure 40% to apply for KCET 2020.
- Candidate should have passed diploma in Pharmacy for approved by the government and general category students should have scored 45% while SC/ST class and category – I and OBC (2A, 2B, 3A and 3B) should have secured 40%.
Exam pattern of KCET 2020 examination
Students are recommended to follow the pattern of the KCET 2020 exams to participate in the entrance exam. Karnataka CET 2020 will take place on April 22 and 23, in offline mode. Admit card details of KCET 2020 exam
The candidates will access the KCET Admit Card 2020 from 10th April 2020. The ticket to the KCET admission hall is only available through online mode.
Candidates cannot enter the exam hall without an admit card. Therefore, the admit card must be held on the day of the test.
Candidates are required to carry the Government photo I d evidence on the day of the exam to access the exam hall. Candidates will hold their admit cards in college or university before acceptance.
Answer key of KCET 2020 exam
After the written entrance exam is complete, KEA will release the provisional answer key on their website. Candidates can only receive it via online mode. Candidates can use the reported response key to calculate their responses.
The candidates or their parents may, if any, lodge the objections with the “Executive Director, Karnataka Examinations Authority, Bangalore” on or before the specified date either in person or only via speed post/email along with all supporting documents.
The correct answer key will only be published after assessing the published interim response key. The KEA must inform the applicants of that.
KCET 2020 result and counseling
Candidates can use the official website to check the KCET 2020 results. To see their results they will log in to the website using their registration ID and date of birth. The Authority will also release the list of qualifications dependent on the applicants ‘ results during the exam Those chosen according to the merit list will be called up for the counseling phase where they will be allocated a seat depending on their rank of merit, the choice granted for the course and division and the number of seats required for the course. Applicants should then return to the allotted college to complete the paperwork pertaining to admission.

The charge for applying KCET 2020 application form may be paid before March 6, 2020.
