The man who tested positive for the virus had thrown a birthday party in Agra where he got in touch with five families which also included students from the Noida School. These five families have been kept in isolation and six people amongst them have already complained of having fever. Their samples have been sent for cross checking the deadly disease to the National Institute of Virology in Pune.

The Health officials are trying to find out the people who came across the six people suspected to be infected.

As per a note to the parents by the school administration, "These children have also been tested and as a precautionary measure have been quarantined for the next two weeks."
