CBSE Accountancy Paper leaked - CBSE Denies

As per a latest statement issued by CBSE, CBSE has denied any paper leak and has said that they have verified the images of the question paper going viral on social media against the actual question papers and have found the two to be different.

In a statement issued by CBSE, its said “"During the process of the exam at the local level, some miscreants tried to play mischief by circulating messages through WhatsApp and social media to disturb the sanctity of examinations. CBSE has decided to take strict action against such activities; FIR is being lodged,"

CBSE Accountancy Paper Leaked

There has been news going around that paper has been leaked. This news came to light when Delhi Education Minister tweeted about the images which he got on his whatsapp. He verified the images with the actual accountancy paper and to the shock of everyone the paper matched Set 2 of the accountancy paper.

Sisodia immediately got in touch with CBSE to file a complaint. CBSE has come forward and have initially denied any such news and have said that some mischief has been played as all bundles of the examination papers have been found intact in the sealed envelopes.

CBSE makes changes in curriculum for class 9 and class 11

CBSE has already started making changes to the curriculum for the academic year 2018-2019. In a major announcement done by CBSE there are certain courses which have been discontinued by CBSE.

It has been announced that for class 9 students two elective courses and for class 11 students’ three elective courses will be discontinued.

The courses dropped by CBSE are as follows:

1. English Communicative (code 101)

Class 12 Physics Board Exam

The board exam for class 12 Physics is scheduled for 7th March 2018. Physics taken up by science students is a very important subject which is also considered to be very scoring. The students are advised to stick to the syllabus issued by CBSE and follow the guidelines issued by CBSE and NCERT.

Suggestions invited by MHRD for reduction in syllabus

The Department of School Education and Literacy under Ministry of Human Resource Development had announced couple of weeks back that they have started their work towards reduction of syllabus and bringing changes in the curriculum for class 1 to class 12.

It was also announced that suggestions from teachers, parents and students will be invited which will be taken into consideration during the entire process of revising the syllabus.
