Revised rankings of JEE Main

The JEE Mains examination rankings have been finally declared by CBSE. The new results declared by CBSE factor in the revised class 12 results of JEE Main students who had applied to the board for re-verification and re-evaluation. Please note  that the results have not been published on the JEE Main website rather have been published on the CBSE portal www.cbse.nic.in. The candidates can use the same details on the CBSE portal as required to login into the JEE Main website.

Though the initial rankings list was declared on 1^st July but this list includes the revised scores based on revaluations. The initial rankings of candidates was lower and its expected that the students will get better rankings due to the revaluations.

The revised rankings have already been submitted to joint authority conducting the joint counselling for IITs-NITs-IITs and other general technical institutions which use JEE (Main) rankings for admissions. The second round of seat allocation will happen on July 13.  The students have faced problems in getting admission to various best engineering and technical colleges as for most of the colleges the last date for submission of forms was July 10 but considering the revised lists by CBSE the colleges are expected to give additional window to candidates to apply for admissions.
