Registration for Board Exams - CBSE

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has started the process for class 9th and class 11th students to register for the Board examinations of 2020.  The CBSE has sent out circulars to all the CBSE affiliated schools on 1st October 2018 and have intimated the schools about the process to be followed by the schools for registering their class 9th and class 11th students for the board exams to be conducted in the year 2020.

As per the process, the registration has to be done online by 22nd October 2018 by the respective schools.  The registration has to be done by the schools only and cannot be done by the students themselves but the students can inquire from their schools whether the registration has started and if the school needs any specific information from the students for doing the registrations for the board exams in 2020.

The schools will ask the students to confirm their details such as name, date of birth, father's name and mother's name etc to be sure that the information which is submitted on CBSE portal is correct as the information will be printed on the class 10th and class 12th passing certificate.

The online registration for the class 9th and class 11th students has to be done by the schools by 22nd October 2018.  In case the schools are not able to complete the process by the decided date then they can pay an additional late fees and finish the process by end of November 2018.  CBSE has also released the tentative schedule for the upcoming Board examinations in 2019 for class 10th and class 12th.
