Queries asked by Students from CBSE Helpline

The helpline which was launched by CBSE is continuously helping students to solve their queries relating to the upcoming board exams and also counselling students on how to manage stress of the exams and study effectively.

Thousands of calls from across the country and from other state boards also have landed at the helpline and is being managed by experts at CBSE.

Various types of queries like what to be done incase of memory loss, how to learn faster, how to remember so many things, how to manage time, how to utilize time between exam breaks, important topics for the exams, best ways of answering questions, how to manage time during exam are some of the questions being asked.

Students are also taking counselling on personal matters which are impacting their studies like scolding by parents and teachers, even breakups with girl friends are also being answered by expert counsellors.

CBSE has deployed a team of principals, trained counsellors from CBSE-affiliated government and private schools, few psychologists and special educators to manage the calls.

The CBSE's toll-free helpline number is 1800 11 8004 where the students are greeted by an operator and then later connected to the counsellors.
