How to motivate yourself

CBSE Board examination is a nerve-wracking time for CBSE students. The constant pressure of the exam and the back to back scheduled exams leave the students tired which leads to less sleeping time as well. This causes weak performance and leads to demotivation. Students should make some effective efforts that can control the demotivation in them. Learn the way to keep yourself in a very positive frame of mind in the certain times.

Concentrate on weak subjects

The pressure on students before and while giving the examination is mainly due to expectation of parents and competition from other students. The pressure leads to suicides and high level of demotivation amongst children. There are various ways to avoid this and keep yourselves motivated. The first step can be to concentrate on weak subjects first. Help can be sought from teachers and also by taking extra classes for the subject. For example daily practise of mathematics questions will help to gain expertise and reduce pressure during examination time.

Support from parents

Its also important for parents to do positive talks with children and help them to relieve stress and suggest ways to make an effective study plan. Unnecessary comparison with other children should be avoided rather positive approach should be taken to keep children motivated.
