High Court And Student’s Waiting For CBSE Orders On Re-Evaluation

The CBSE Exam results were announced on May 28th. The results were getting delayed due to the moderation in the marks. But most of the students were not satisfied with their results. The pass percentage were much reduced comparing with the previous year and it created a lot of problem for the students.

Even the bright students got fewer marks in their subjects and they were shocked to see the results. They must have not been imagined of getting such low marks in their final exams because most of the students were good performers in their academics.

So, Students were in an urge to register complaints about the re-evaluation process. But CBSE board did not take any steps yet to solve the problems. The CBSE Board is on an hold to do the re-evaluation process.

But a students from Saudi Arabia has requested the Delhi High Court (HC) for re-evaluation. Orissa students applied for revaluation, and the high court has given an order to re-verify the marks for all students as soon possible for the welfare of the students. The students are permitted to apply for re-evaluating of marks not for revaluation of answer sheets. The students can even apply for the photocopy of the answer book and they can again verify for the marks.

So, by the same basis the students ask Delhi high court to take some steps to solve many students problems. And as the complaints are getting higher and higher against the Delhi High Court has CBSE to reply to all the petitions before June 21st.
