Dress Code for the upcoming AIPMT examinations

CBSE board has come up with a specific dress code for the candidates who will be appearing in the upcoming AIPMT retest. The dress code has been specified because of the recent allegations of cheating by students in the examinations. CBSE has also specified in the instructions that there will be compulsory physical frisking at the examination centre to which the candidates will have to cooperate.

Following are the instructions which have been issued by CBSE:

a)      No candidate will be allowed wear shoes and carry tabeez (Charms), nose pins, earrings, wrist watches, pen, eraser etc.

b)      After 9.30 a.m. candidates will not be allowed to enter in the examination centre.

c)       Admit card has to be downloaded only from the AIPMT website. The candidate has to affix the passport size photograph on downloaded Admit Card and get it attested from the Gazetted Officer/Head of the Institution. The Admit Card which will have to be handed over to the Invigilator at the examination centre.  The candidates are also advised to keep one passport size photograph ready to be affixed on attendance sheet.

d)      Any kind of stationery items and jewellery items will not be allowed in the examination centre.

e)      Students have been advised to wear light coloured clothes. Slippers have to be worn instead of shoes.
