Delhi High court orders CBSE to revoke conditions of re-evaluation of Answer sheets

Delhi High Court issued an order to Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) on Thursday to re-evaluate the answer sheets of the class 12 students who applied for re-checking. This order came into effect after four students made an appeal against CBSE for limiting the re-checking facility and restricting the count of subjects for examination to 12. It is a big relief for class 12 students.

A panel comprising of Justice C Hari and acting Chief Justice Gita Mittal withdrew all the clauses built-in on the students by CBSE who were looking for a re-evaluation of their answer sheets.
