  • Do follow a healthy diet and avoid junk food; you would need to take care of your health during this critical period
  • This also applies to getting adequate rest; lack of rest will also adversely affect your health
  • NCERT books are your best friend in the Board exams, as they cover all the details of the subject matter; you may refer to other books too, but NCERT books should be your fall-back option

When you are doing the preparations for the upcoming examinations then one of the most important factors is to refer to the right set of box.  NCERT books which have been designed as per the syllabus which has been issued by CBSE and NCERT are the best books which the students should refer for preparing for the examinations.  The books are very well designed as they are made exactly as per the syllabus and are in a format which are easy to learn for the students.   All the teachers in various major schools have started telling the students to concentrate more on the books issued by NCERT and also do the questions which have been given at the end of each chapter in the NCERT book.

If the child is doing NCERT solutions on a regular basis then it is quite sure that the student has done detailed preparation and will memorize the concepts very effectively.  By doing NCERT solutions on a daily basis the student is able to regularly practice and is able to do the examination preparation in a short period of time.

The student should do the questions given at the end of each chapter on an independent basis and then verify the solutions with the help of a teacher or by referring to various websites on which NCERT solutions are available free of cost.  It is important to remember that the student should not copy paste the solutions rather should do the NCERT solutions by himself and then compare the solutions with the solutions which have been given on various websites and be sure that his preparation is correct and he has understood all the concepts given in the chapter properly.
