CCE to be introduced in Haryana government schools

It has been decided by the Haryana Education minister to implement continuous and comprehensive evaluation (CCE) system for students of Classes 1 to 8 and to start with it has been decided to implement the system in government schools. Though in states where the CCE system has been implemented there are discussions going on to withdraw the system whereas Haryana wants to implement the system in their schools. As part of the CCE system monthly tests for every subject will be conducted for all the students studying class 1-8 by the school teachers. Notifications and guidance documents will be sent out to the school principals and teachers to help them implement and monitor the system. The ultimate responsibility to implement the system smoothly will be upon the government school teachers.
