All you need to know about the scrutiny of class 10 and 12 answer books in CBSE

After Intervention of High Court Delhi, Now CBSE has finally decided to scan the answer book carefully, for those students who are applied for a photocopy of evaluated.

More about the reports as per CBSE:

The scrutiny of marks will be released by Board against particular questions in theory paper shall be received from 1st of July 2017. Only those students of class12th have applied scrutiny process for the particular question under the scrutiny scheme.

The scrutiny process is only possible for the mentioned subject as

English core, English elective (CBSE), English elective (NCERT), Hindi core, Hindi elective, mathematics, physics, chemistry, biology, business studies, economics and accountancy only.

Decided Schedule for the scrutiny and important modalities:

  • That student is class 12th can apply for the photocopies for evaluated answer books, only they can apply for the scrutiny marks process as per scheme announced by authority. (CBSE Board)
  • Candidate those are in class 10 and case where scrutiny marks have not been awarded by Board if the answer of book scripts remain unchecked then case will be dealt under the scrutiny system procedure and Processes to  'verification of grades'.
  • The Students can only request for a maximum question is 10 questions only and for theory portion only, and have to deposit to “CBSE Secretary” in the form of DD and NEFT as per guideline and fee calculation on the basis of Rs 100 per question.
  • The requested amount for  the scrutiny marks of the questions as per subject  will receive only via demand draft (DD) in the favor of 'Secretary, CBSE' which payable at where the regional office is located as from where student appeared, from 1/7/2017 to 7/7/2017 or can deposit through NEFT in Account directly
  • The candidates can request only once no any further communication occurred in the same subject of matter.
  • The candidate as per his/her subject concerned, then candidate will have to refer to the scrutiny marking scheme or processes, after completion of that new evaluated marks will be made available on the website.
  • In the process of scrutiny of marks if concerned questions evaluated leads to increase or decrease of the marks then the new marks statement will be issued by CBSE Board to the particular candidate only after if his/her surrendering the old marks statement to authority and Board can avail new marks statement to candidates through Speed post.
  • Also, the status for the scrutiny marks which newly evaluated will be uploaded on the website.
  • All such candidate/student can check their evaluated new marks after scrutiny process on the websites www.cbse.nic.in.
